Totally restored and converted over the past 7 years, the Ospitalita Rurale offers tastefully decorated, individually furnished apartments of various sizes. Care has been taken to retain the old buildings and their original wooden beamed ceilings, thick stone walls and open fireplaces. All apartments have well-equipped kitchens (with fridge and oven), independent central heating (payable locally) and satellite TV. The apartments are located in the tiny village of Montemelino where there is a bar and restaurant serving home-cooked dishes and a selection of local wines. There is a swimming pool with extensive panoramas of the surrounding countryside. Horse riding, tennis, golf, archery and trekking can be arranged locally. Highly recommended – one of our favourite properties!

Accommodation:

Studios – Morino/Casetta: Ground floor (sleeps 2). Each studio consists of a living/dining area with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom (shower) and small garden area.
1-bedroom apartment – Olivella: Ground floor (sleeps 2+1). The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, living/dining room with one single bed, kitchenette, bathroom (shower) and small garden area.
2-bedroom apartments – Borgo/Torre:
Borgo – Ground floor (sleeps 3). This apartment consists of 1 single and 1 twin bedroom, living/dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, bathroom (shower) and a garden terrace.
Torre – 1st floor (sleeps 4). This apartment, located in the tower, has 2 twin bedrooms, living/dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, bathroom (hip-bath) and a garden terrace.
