Important Note: The departure times for all airlines shown are available on request. Most airlines operate two or three departures per day. Periods of operation are approximate and can possibly be extended. All current airport taxes and government security charges are included in our prices. Airport lounges

Airport lounges are not just for business class passengers. Everyone can enjoy first class comfort and escape the hustle and bustle of the airport for up to 3 hours before departure.

Airport lounges can be pre-booked at London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Manchester – please telephone us for details.

• Earliest Arrival: 05.00 hours (Gatwick/Manchester) 05.15 hours (Heathrow).
• Lounge Closing Time: 22.00 hours (Gatwick) 22.30 hours (Heathrow) and 19.30 hours (Manchester).
• Dress Code: Lounges have a smart casual dress code.
• Smoking: The lounges have a designated smoking area.
• Children/Infants: Over 12 years old only at Gatwick or Manchester. No restrictions at Heathrow.
• Facilities: TV, complimentary bar, showers, toilets, newspapers/magazines and snacks.
• Business: Internet, fax, phone (all subject to a small charge).
• Disabled/Wheelchair: At Gatwick landside via lift to 3rd floor and airside lift to Upper Level. Disabled toilets in the lounge. At Heathrow and Manchester wheelchairs are accessible to the lounge. At Heathrow there is no disabled toilet, the nearest is located in the terminal.
• Food and Beverage: Complimentary snacks (biscuits/crisps), coffee, tea, soft & alcoholic drinks are available in the lounge. There is a charge for champagne.
